  • NOGI JIU JITSU

    Our nogi program focuses on the intricacies of nogi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, emphasizing its application in a competitive sport context. Students will explore various techniques, strategies, and principles that define nogi grappling. The program incorporates drills and live training to enhance skill development and adaptability in fast-paced environments. By immersing participants in the nogi meta, we aim to build a strong foundation for effective performance in competitions while promoting a culture of respect and safety.

  • Youth jiu jitsu

    We offer youth jiu jitsu classes for ages 5 through 13. Our classes focus on providing the basics of jiu jitsu skills that will allow kids to build confidence and develop powerful self-defense knowledge.
